In 2009 we again upheld this tradition!
At our November 2009
meeting, the following winners were picked:
First Place "Ice Castles"
- winner: Kathy Briggs
Second Place "County Clare" - winner: Denise Attallah
Third Place "Ann Arbor Stars" - winner: Shellie Gueli
In
addition to the three quilts raffled above, a fourth quilt, made by all those who participated on the other three was made
and given to one of the workers. The 2009 Worker's Quilt winner was Lynn VanNest!
All guild members were asked to sell raffle tickets. The money collected from sales of the tickets went to SAFE House
and the lucky winners above received quilts made by members of GAAQG!
