Please note our classes run all day. We will have an hour break for lunch. If you must leave early please do not ask the teacher to give you instructions early. It disrupts the class and the other students do not get the full benefit of the time that they pay for. If you must leave early you can do so but please do not disturb the rest of the class when you have to pack up and leave.
 

Class Registration Policy

Registration is open to guild members and non-members.  Registrants should be in good standing: dues up-to-date and guild library fines paid. Nonmember registrations are accepted 2 weeks after the class appears in the newsletter. The nonmember registrations have a $20 upcharge per class + kit fees, but also include admission to the guest teacher’s program on quilt day.
  • Choosing only one class: indicate preference, send one check and include one email or SASE to receive supply lists.
  • Choosing to take both classes offered: indicate preference with 1st and 2nd. Send a separate check for each classand include one email or SASE to receive supply lists.
  • Supply lists will be sent via email unless a SASE is included. Supply lists for registrations made on quilt day for Sunday workshops can be found on the website.
  • Class registration is non-refundable, unless the class is full. If a class is full,  a waiting list will be started in order of registration received. You will be notified via email or telephone call if you are on a waiting list for a class. Please contact the programs VP if you can’t attend, as others may be waiting.
