Event Details

Learn how to make simple freezer paper patterns to create your own original designs.  Barb Vedder will help you explore source material and inspiration ideas.  Participants will learn how to sketch and cut out simple shapes and explore color and composition for a small quilt.  Barb will teach the basics of hand appliqué and demonstrate how to make bias stems and berries.  (This is a design-based workshop.)

Registration 

Workshops are open to both guild members and non-guild members. Because the cost of the workshops is subsidized by members’ dues, non-members are asked to pay an additional $20 per workshop. Non-members are able to register for a workshop approximately two months prior to the workshop. Workshop registration policy.
