2020 Quilt Show

On August 8, 2020, the guild launched its first-ever online Quilt Show to replace our planned in-person 2020 Show.  COVID-19 changed our lives and our plans, but it didn’t diminish the spirit of our members who submitted their beautiful work for others to enjoy, from around the country and the world.  From August 8 through the Show’s closing on October 31, 5,273 individual users visited our website, and of those, 80% were new visitors.  Not surprisingly, more than 95% were from the United States, but visitors from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Finland, New Zealand, Pakistan, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates also saw our work.

In addition to exhibiting our talents, the Guild also used our online Show to support SafeHouse Center.  Of the 68 quilts made and offered for sale during the Show, 34 (50%) were sold, raising $8,500, which went directly to SafeHouse.  In addition, we asked that visitors make a donation to SafeHouse in lieu of our normal in-person admission charge.  A total of $3,413 was contributed, totaling $11,913 Show proceeds to SafeHouse.  The Guild is so grateful to all our members who donated quilts and to our visitors who bought them and made donations.

For those who missed our Show, or who would like to revisit our Galleries for enjoyment and inspiration, we have moved the show in its entirety to this page.  We hope you will enjoy seeing the more than 325 quilts included in the six Galleries.  Click on the buttons below to access each Gallery (they will open on a separate tab so that you can easily return to this page).  If you are looking for a particular quilter, we have also included an index.
