Reminder – sign up for QU 2017 before classes are filled (two already are)!
June 19, 2017
We are just over one month away from Quilt University 2017 and the excitement is building. This is a great event to take a break from your summer activities to learn a quilting technique, be with friends or meet new ones. We have a wonderful line-up of teachers this year. If you have not signed up for any classes at QU 2017, you still have time to do so. We do not want you to miss out on any of the fun of QU 2017. Check out the QU web page and pick a class or 2 or 3. We know you will have a great time!
In case you missed the GAAQG teacher interviews, the links below will lead you directly to those blog posts for additional insight.

Unfortunately Sue Nickels’ class has been cancelled. Please look for other opportunities to take a class from Sue. Also, Wanda Nash’s Friday class has been cancelled.
Evening activities are also planned on Friday and Saturday evening from 6 to 8 PM when there will be Make and Take activities for all attendees of QU 2017. There will be 3 activities each evening and you will have time to take part in all of them. Wanda promises they will be fun and informative and different than most activities at QU. You must be enrolled in a QU class to take part in the Evening Activities. The exact projects will be detailed in the QU Booklet that will be passed out the first day of QU.
Please note the last day to purchase meals is Saturday July 15th and the last day for class registrations is Saturday July 22nd.
Feel free to contact the QU team at qu@gaaqg,com if you have any questions.
We look forward to seeing you at Quilt University!
