Cost and Dates

The cost is $165 for the morning of Friday, June 28  to Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 3:00pm.

You can plan your arrival for Thursday, June 27, at 8:00pm for an additional $30. If you use this option, the retreat center provides local teens to carry in your equipment, food, and personal items. This is a great option as it gets you ready to start early Friday morning with all your equipment in place.

A deposit of $85 is due March 31, 2024

The final payment is due May 31.


There are two Retreat Areas. We will fill the 24 person area first. The Second Area is just down the hall and will accommodate 16 People

It has the same amenities.

There are 2 restrooms on the lower level so you won’t have to climb the stairs to your room 5 times a day.

Both groups will share the large kitchen and Dining Area

Most of the bedrooms have four beds. If you have mobility issues, PLEASE register ASAP as there are only 17 beds on the ground floor. They will be given as they are available. One of the lower level bedrooms sleeps six people although it is very roomy.

What does Creative Passions Supply?
  • Your own workstation with a comfortable chair and lamp
  • Attached bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, 3 bath towels and 3 washcloths per person
  • Bedding, blankets, pillows, bottled water and coffee
  • Ironing boards, cutting stations
  • Cable TV with DVD player, wireless internet
  • A Continental Breakfast each morning
  • A nearby Quilt Shop
  • An Outdoor Patio
What do you need to bring?

You should bring your own irons, cutting mats, cutters and rulers.


A continental breakfast is provided by Creative Passions (orange juice, cereals, bagels, coffee).  Some of us bring things to add to that selection such as fruit, baked good, and healthier bread choices.  We will organize lunch and dinner for those who don’t bring their own meals for a nominal cost and volunteer kitchen work.

We will organize lunch and dinner on a potluck app.

  • Roberta will send a link to this app to attendees in the Spring.  We have beta tested it for smaller retreats and it seems to work well.  Participants will be able to see what other people are bringing and add to the menu.
  • There is a section for participants to post any food allergies.  Persons with significant food allergies or who may be on special diets may choose to bring their own food. 
  • Folks who think that cooking at a retreat is the last thing they want to do, may sign up for dishwasher loading/unloading.

Another option is to check out the restaurants in the area.  Menus are available at the retreat center if you would rather to out or arrange for take-away. 

There is an entire separate bar/kitchen area for snacks and drinks that is also available all day. BYO or bring snacks and drinks to share.

There will be a licensed Massage Therapist available for therapeutic and relaxation techniques. The cost is 45 minutes for $55, one hour for $70 and 90 minutes for $100.

There is also a Reiki/Cranial Sacral Practitioner available for the same costs.

A Massage Facial is also available to remove toxins and hydrate the skin for $55 for a 50 – 55 minute treatment.

Manicures/ Pedicures from Licensed Nail Techicians:

  • A 45 – 60 minute Mini-Pedicure is available for $30
  • A 60 – 75 minute Spa Pedicure for $40
  • A 30 – 45 minute Mini-Manicure is available for $30
  • A 45 – 60 minute Spa Manicure is $40*
